We do offer exchange of pieces only in cases of sizing issues allowed within 48 hours of receiving the order.
The customer has to be responsible for the postage/shipping costs for sending the package back to us.
We also always provide enough margins in our pieces for any future alterations.
Return & Cancellation Information
We don’t facilitate returns as all our pieces are made to order. However, if you receive faulty/incorrect product, you’re eligible for an exchange within 24-48 hours.
Once the order has been placed, any accommodations for cancellation or return won’t be entertained .
Refund Policy
- Any products bought from extreme sale such as 50% off or any extreme offers are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Products bought from the ‘Clearance Sale’ or ‘ EOS ‘ or Extreme sale or offer are NOT eligible for return or exchange. The products bought on ‘Sale’ can be exchanged for an alternate size, style and reverse pickup shipping is charged.
- Please note extreme sale or discounted products might have little to no defects or belong to clearance sale section and also are delivered in normal packaging.
- In case, you wish to exchange/return any product, you need to report it it has to be reported within 24hrs-48hrs of delivery.
- In case of damaged product, you need to report it within 24hrs of delivery.
- We request all customers to make an opening video just in case of any delivery fraud or scam by the courier company and to help the customer faster.
- Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
- In the case of returns and exchange, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase. Tag should be intact.
- In case the returned clothing item smells or seems to be used in any way , the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
- No other offers such as freebies or discounts are applicable on exchange orders.
- For all orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
- In case you have received any damaged product or wrong product, we will provide free of cost exchange and returns.
- Free gifts are not applicable on sale and discounted orders.
- Shipping charges are not refundable as it is a one time charge for the delivery of your shipment.

After receiving the request we will get in touch with you via email or call with in 24 – 48 hours Monday to Friday. All return request email sent on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.
The minimum cost of Rs 170 is charged for reverse pickup shipment.
It takes 7- 12 working days for the shipment to reach us. Once picked up from your address. ( In some cases it might take longer )
Please note that once a pickup request is approved, it needs to be resolved within a week. Requesting for pick up after 7 days won’t be entertained.
The pick-up will be attempted thrice if the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment due to unavailability of the customer or any similar reason. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

The company holds the right to reject a return request.
Raw videos and pictures need to be attached to your Return request.
In case, there is damage caused while opening the packet or in any way by the customer, there will be no refunds or The item will be returned back to you and shipping will be charged.
ANY REFUND REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER REVIEWING THE RETURNED PRODUCT.
REFUND
Within 24 -48 hours of receiving the product, We will immediately notify you of the status of your credit note after inspecting the item.
If your returned items are approved, we will immediately initiate your credit note.
Cancelation:
Within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is shipped out, you can send us an email regarding cancelation with reason, once cancelation is approved within 48 hours refund will be processed in the form of a credit note. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
REVERSE PICK UP:
The pick-up is subject to availability of service at your area Pin-Code.
If reverse pick-up is not available, we request you to send the product back to the address we will provide you.
Can I opt for a refund or a replacement for the Replaced product?
No, the product can be only replaced once.
Please note, the amount will be credited for the items only, other fees like shipping fees, cod service charges, etc., are non-refundable.
For the complete process, it takes around 2 weeks.

In case you have purchased an item, which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then your gift item also needs to be returned in order to process the required refund.
Stadows will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. If an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Stadows would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the Customer.
